Time for resolutions?..
The Council?s resolution is to continue to bring value to our members via the various portfolios, through experience sharing, information dissemination, collaborations, provision of networking platforms, etc. We look forward to your continued support in 2013 and would love to hear from you on ideas on enhance the vibrancy and range of activities that can be facilitated by the Chapter.
To kick start the calendar of events, we have planned a talk on ?ISO 20000: 2011 Certification Journey? scheduled on Tuesday, February 26th. The itSMF SG Chapter Annual Event with an agenda built around sharing by end users from leading organisations who have implemented ITIL promises to be exciting and insightful. Do book your seats and mark your calendars for this event on April 4th 2013.

Suresh GP has 12+ years of experience and is currently a Business Consultant with Hewlett Packard. His Job involves Consulting on IT Service Management, ISO 20000, IT Governance for Customers World Wide.
He is a Certified ITIL V3 Expert, ISO 20000 Consultant, ISO 20000 Lead Auditor, PMP & Cobit Foundation. He is a speaker in National and International forums and his literary publications are available at ISACA, PMI Journals. He is an Executive Council Member of itSMF Singapore Chapter.
