Speaker Biography
Henrik Savia is a Senior Technical Account Manager and Operations Consultant working with Microsoft Services Singapore assisting organizations with all aspects of operations improvements. He has 15 years of experience in the IT services industry including roles as programmer, analyst, project manager, IT auditor, process consultant and ITIL trainer. Henrik has a MSc (Eng) and a MBA specializing in Service Management. He is also an ITIL v2 Service Manager, ITIL v3 Expert, ISO 20000 Process Consultant, GreenIT certified and CISA.
