Current economic realities are driving changes to enterprise and IT priorities. However IT organizations in Asia are poised for significant future growth, but with expectations of high quality IT service delivery at reduced cost.

 

In addition, new IT delivery models continue to evolve, with the emergence of IT services being delivered on highly virtualized infrastructure and Cloud Computing, and requirements for Green IT. These new delivery models bring new challenges to the management of the IT environment.

 

The itSMF Singapore Conference will look at the evolution of IT Service Management in Asia based on the real-life implementation experiences of numerous companies and leading industry professionals. The conference is a one day event filled with keynote speeches, presentations, case studies and panel discussions around:

  • The latest news on ITIL v3 and related Service Management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 20000 and Cobit
  • Implementations do's & don'ts, and project benefits
  •  Global trends (IT Governance, Strategic Sourcing, Cloud Computing, Green IT, etc.)

There will be a strong emphasis on case studies, interactive sessions, break-out workshops, so that conference participants can build real-world knowledge about IT Service Management.
